Step into our cucina for an evening of hands-on pasta making just like Mamma does! In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn how to make fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch, guided by tradition and plenty of olive oil.
Enjoy a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting to kick things off, then roll up your sleeves and get to work! You’ll knead, roll, and cut your own pasta—all while sipping your favorite wine (yes, it’s BYOB!).
