Kirtan Club – Full Moon Eclipse Kirtan! at Soul of Yoga – Encinitas, CA

Join us for a sacred evening of chanting under the Full Moon & Eclipse energy! Come and enjoy community, devotion, fun, and celebration! This month Merry is joined by community members Bren and Ari.

A full moon eclipse is a rare and powerful moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect. In many spiritual traditions, this is seen as an ideal time to chant mantras and join in kirtan — practices that help calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and open the heart. The energy of an eclipse is said to amplify whatever we focus on, making it a beautiful opportunity to go inward, release what no longer serves us, and align with something higher. The mantras can also protect us from any negative effects of an eclipse. Join us for an evening of music, mantra, and community as we harness this potent time for healing, clarity, and transformation.

Kirtan fills our hearts with joy, enhances mindfulness, elevates our mood, and connects us with spirituality. Together we build a vibrant community of love and unity, spreading positivity one chant at a time. All are welcome, and no experience of any kind is needed. Join Merry and friends monthly at Kirtan Club (the 1st Sat. of each month) in the exploration and passionate practice of chanting the Divine Names from the Bhakti Tradition. Kirtan is a form of interactive musical mantra meditation.

Merry started Kirtan Club in 2018 and has nurtured Encinitas’s kirtan community ever since!
