5th Shinrinyoku (森林浴）Forest Bathing outdoor concert and Japanese Market at 414 Swiss Hill Rd – Jeffersonville, NY

Hi, my name is Kaya, and I’m the owner of Momoglobal Flowers Biodynamic Farm in Jeffersonville, NY, in the Catskills, which I started in 2020.

I started an outdoor concert in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to help revitalize the local community in a safe space while supporting musicians.

I named it Shinrinyoku, which means forest bathing in Japanese, hoping to bring healing energy to the attendants through nature and good music.

This is my fifth year of organizing this heartfelt event. I am not set up as a non-profit organization, but to help pay the musicians, I need your help.

The ticket includes, free tasting of Dassai Sake

Uji Kyoto ice shake matcha with oat milk and koji by Damdam Tokyo,

Arron Burr 200 years old Cider

Musicians: Monday Michiru – songstress, Misha Tsiganov – jazz pianist and trio, Midi Neutron (Rikutaro Suzuki) – electronic musician/producer; Andrew Petrulis – Hand Pan, The mighty cobra musician.

Food and drink vendors: Korean food truck Bibimbus, Nais NY Filipino food, Japanese food inculding, rice ball onigiri, curry and rice, cold noddle and shaved ice and sweet syprup. Vesucre, salty and sweet plant base treat.

Free workshop :

Art and craft: Japanese origami, traditional Japanese Uchiwa fan painting, Japanese ikebana, and more.

Vendors: Japanese pottery, Pea boy pea boy, Tie dye items, Umeboshi , pickled plum from Japan Mimaki, herbal soap and bath salt le soap monamour by Manami, Te plus te Hinoki products and more…

Guided meditation at 4 pm by Miriam Hernandez
