Join us for an evening of rest, reflection, and healing in support of suicide prevention.
Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes guide you into deep relaxation and renewal — while raising funds and awareness for a vital cause.
Yoga mats and floor pillows are provided, and snacks and drinks will be for sale before and after the sound bath, to benefit the walk.
Feel free to bring blankets or anything you need to feel cozy. No experience necessary – come as you are!
Together, we can support mental health, honor those we’ve lost, and carry hope forward.
