Strange Fish Productions presents Much Ado About Nothing. When Hero and Claudio meet, sparks fly. When Beatrice and Benedick meet, sparks fly too —but the kind that might burn your house down. The war is over and everyone’s been invited to Leonato’s townhouse-slash-speakeasy for the week. There’s going to be an open bar, a masquerade ball, a dance party —what could go wrong! Ill-conceived plots, mistaken identities, neighborhood watchmen, local gossips, and true love come to a head in this highly comedic, outrageously queer, gender explosive take on Shakespeare’s classic battle of the sexes.
