What happens when a man says yes—to love, to healing, to community? He Said Yes, a new interactive theater show from award-winning storyteller Nerissa Street, shares the story of Dr. Sloan, representative of all men trying to do good.

The audience will help Dr. Sloan navigate his way through a series of interactions – resulting in either the best night of his life or the worst day of his career.

Following our event is a special panel featuring celebrity psychologist Dr. Jason-Anthony Prendergast, speaking about the unique pressures being a man in the rapidly changing world.

“We often hear stories of men behaving badly—saying no and being bullies. ‘Boys will be boys,’ they say.
