From Here(ish) Stand-up Comedy at Big Bear Cafe – Washington, DC

From Here(ish) is back Friday, September 5th with another stacked lineup of comedians exploring identity, culture, and all the funny, awkward, and absurd moments in between.

We’re bringing seven of the city’s sharpest comics—regulars at DC staples like The Improv, Hotbed, Room808, and beyond. These comedians are fresh off regional tours, club sets, and late-night writing rooms, ready to drop new jokes that hit close to home (and far from it).

Big Bear Café is located in the heart of Bloomingdale, and we’re taking over the cozy second floor (please note: it’s only accessible by stairs).

Doors open at 6:00 PM. We highly recommend arriving by 6:15 to:

• Grab a seat (the room fills fast),
• Find street parking,
• And most importantly—order some delicious food and drinks before the show kicks off at 7:00 PM sharp.

No outside food or drink. Why would you want to anyway? Big Bear makes incredible inside food and drink.
