This Labor Day, the driveway at Tangaroa Fish Market transforms into a backyard feast zone! On Monday, September 1st, 2025, from 26 PM, well be roasting a whole La Caja-style pig low and slow until its fall-off-the-bone tender. Around 3 PM, the lid comes off, the aromas hit the air, and the buffet begins.
Pile your plate high with juicy roast pork, sweet corn, crispy roasted potatoes, tangy slaw, fresh salsas, warm tortillas, and plenty more. Your ticket includes one plate per person in our all-you-can-eat feast. Kids eat free, so bring the whole crew! Cold beer, wine, sodas, and iced tea will be available for purchase at regular prices.
