You Are Not Alone – Men Supporting Women at Thrift 2 Fight – Tivoli, NY

We are partnering with an incredible organization, You Are Not Alone (@urnotaloneproject), to share paintings and spoken-word pieces that celebrate women – all funds raised will go to Grace Smith House.

Like in our previous events in the Art Is How I Fight series, you’ll meet artists whose voices are often silenced: currently and formerly incarcerated men. We will share some food & drinks, hear a pre-recorded hello from Y.A.N.A.’s founders, listen to spoken word poetry, and walk through the pop-up gallery in the main space of Thrift 2 Fight.

And yes, the store will also be open! Our front door has a few steps, but (as you may already know) there’s van-accessible parking and a ramp around back; message or call us if you’d like a hand with access. Bring a friend, and maybe clear some wall space for some new artwork. See you there!

What: a free event open to the public

PARKING INFO: There are limited spots in front of the store, and one accessible parking spot in the back (we share a parking lot with two other properties) – so please, plan to arrive earlier to find parking and walk to the store. In addition to street parking, there are four municipal parking lots in Tivoli:

1. Monumental Masonic Lodge, 7 North Road (across from Hotel Tivoli backyard)
2. Lot behind Tivoli Wine & Spirits, located at 65 Broadway
3. Lot adjacent to Village Hall at 86 Broadway
4. West Lot, across from Plane Hall at 104 Broadway
