ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, endurance, and overall athleticism.
These workouts include sprints of varying distances, partner/team drills, and body weight exercises. You can usually count on running bleachers, too.

- All ability levels are welcome.
- Street/metered parking is available.
- Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
- We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
- This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.
