Cubensis-Since 1987, Los Angeles-based band Cubensis has carried the torch in celebration of one of America’s most beloved touring bands, the Grateful Dead. Cubensis sets out to re-create the Grateful Dead experience by emulating the spirit of Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, and the rest of the legendary San Francisco jam band. Cubensis plays complete shows covering all eras of the Grateful Dead, and no night is ever the same. Cubensis is far more than just your standard cover band as they bring the magic and sounds to those longing for the live vibe that only the Grateful Dead was able to deliver. Cubensis performs its critically acclaimed live performance of Grateful Dead show recreations to audiences and venues all over the western United States. Giving homage in a continually evolving artistic outlet, the band recreates the Grateful Dead experience with compelling accuracy. Like the Dead, the band explores and searches out all the possibilities of the music. The group has been acclaimed for giving new life to the Grateful Dead’s material, bringing in new styles, new innovations, and new jam band enthusiasts, while at the same time remaining loyal to the original music and the original fans. With Cubensis, the band is more likely to go off and do a little exploration on its own terms, which is a more authentic experience than trying too hard to re-create something that was done a long time ago by people who invented it. Cubensis is drawing national attention with their true-to-life performances. LA Weekly recently raved, “Cubensis plays with the same laid-back mastery as the real McCoy.” Big Brother skateboard magazine says Cubensis is “the nation’s premiere Dead tribute” and the OC Weekly declared them “the hottest Grateful Dead tribute act going.” OC Register affirmed Cubensis was “the best place to channel Jerry Garcia” and AOL Citybeat stated, “Cubensis is renown for whipping its faithful crowd into a swirling, psychedelic mass for three hours straight.”

Wall of Sound-is a high energy, powerful, classic take on the The Grateful Dead performed by a collection of high-caliber, Los Angeles musicians. Nick Sandoval (Stu Allen’s Mars Hotel) Ed Lyon (WTFB, Cubensis) Jeffrey Brown (Blue Man Group) Jim Shank (Rum Runners) Darren Pujalet (Particle, Mickey Hart, Hydra) Jason Buck (Random Sequence) Wall of Sound was birthed via Southern California’s Beach Life festival. That performance was such a smash success, the band was asked to perform for a total of 3 Beach Life Festivals alongside major international artists (Counting Crows, Willie Nelson, Sting, Smashing Pumpkins, Steve Miller, My Morning Jacket, Bob Weir, Incubus, etc.). Along the way, Wall of Sound has performed all over the western US and captured audiences’ attention with high energy, authentic tones, inspiring jams, and intense attention to detail; recreating a powerful Grateful Dead sound adventure.

The Alligators (Pigpen) brew up a bawdy batch of Pig’s Gator Wine to please like-minded individuals.

Skeleton Crew- Channeling the energy of 1970’s era Grateful Dead, Skeleton Crew plays the songs of the Dead. Formed in 2018, the band comprises a group of experienced musicians who share a deep passion for the Grateful Dead’s music. Drawing on their diverse backgrounds in various genres, the band members set out to create a unique and authentic tribute to one of the greatest bands of all time.
Featuring vocals and guitar work of Santi Pierini, the rhythmic guitar mastering of Orin Neufeld, the driving bass of Geoff Glass, and the dynamic drumming of Paul Brown, OC Skeleton Crew delivers faithful renditions of Dead classics that transport audiences back to the band’s heyday. With some of the best jam band keyboard players in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego joining them on stage, the band’s sound is always authentic and electrifying.
Since their formation, OC Skeleton Crew has established themselves as one of Southern California’s premier Grateful Dead tribute bands. Their high-energy performances and willingness to take risks and improvise on stage have earned them a loyal and dedicated following in the Orange County music scene and beyond. Whether playing at festivals, clubs, or private events, OC Skeleton Crew never fails to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans of the Grateful Dead and lovers of live music.

Deadspace Revival- The power of three humans, exploring the infinite through sonic creation. Bringing life to the void.
