 Join this sound bath and allow deeply soothing sound waves and guided meditation to calm the mind and body. Rosa will guide you through a gentle sound + meditation practice designed to nourish your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded. Instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, a gong and other instruments are used to facilitate your deepest relaxation. The natural sounds from the LA river will accompany us and help us reconnect with nature’s healing powers. We will move energy through the body, releasing stress and welcoming in an inner balance. 

Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and anything you need to get comfy and retain heat (blankets, large sweaters, pillows, etc.)!

Sound healing is an ancient practice using healing vibrations at strategic frequencies. Sound healing has been shown to help alleviate anxiety, stress, insomnia, and even physical pain.
