Beachside is a state of mind this April as we gather to celebrate the best of Santa Barbara. We’ll start with refreshing Prickly Pear Margaritas, followed by coastal favorites—Ancho Grilled Shrimp with Avocado, Roasted Beef Tri-Tip, and our own Cooper’s Hawk take on Santa Maria Potato Salad. Side by side, we’ll raise a glass to the vibrant flavors and effortless beauty of the Central Coast.
