• Grilled Flatbread with Avocado Butter and Everything Spice
• Chilled Cedar Planked Salmon Cherry Mostarda, Fennel-Apple Slaw, Lemon Olive Oil Aioli | Paired with Cooper’s Hawk White
• Grilled Prime Skirt Steak Crispy Fingerling Potatoes, Charred “Walla Walla” Sweet Onion & Cucumber Tomato Salad, Ginger Chimichurri | Paired with Cooper’s Hawk Exclusive March Wine of the Month: Washington Red

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Monday, March 17 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.
