We begin with health-centered refreshments to nourish and hydrate all beings, human and alien alike. A social exercise will follow, designed to dissolve barriers and welcome every individual—no matter their planet of origin—into the space.

2. Ecstatic Dance: A Sonic Odyssey

At 7:45, the energy will shift as the ecstatic dance begins. This immersive experience invites participants to move freely and connect with themselves and others through rhythm. Ecstatic dance is a liberating, judgment-free practice where music guides the body to express what words cannot. In the practice of ecstatic dance participants describe the effects as uncovering a deeper connection with physical self, better processing of emotions, elevated mood and discovery of their inner child.

Our live DJ has curated a futuristic, psychedelic set – expect melodic rhythms and velvet beats that dazzle the senses, uniting human and extraterrestrial hearts in pure, unfiltered joy.

3. Guided Meditation and Sound Bath: Multiplanetary Harmony

At 9:00, we transition to a guided meditation titled Hello Human, an artistically crafted journey written, produced, and soundscaped right here on Earth which explores themes of radical introspective philosophy. Breathwork and storytelling blend to leave participants with a sense of profound clarity and emotional renewal.

As the meditation flows seamlessly into a live sound bath, participants will be enveloped in the soothing resonance of instruments played to unlock the body’s natural healing. Many report vivid dreaming, feelings of deep relaxation, and heightened creativity after such experiences. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and ready to embrace the unknown.

How to Prepare
