Almost Church: Evening of Storytelling – Sunset Valley, TX

Welcome to Almost Church! A storytelling night where sacred meets silly and the profound waltzes with the playful.

Six brave souls will step up to the mic to share personal stories about faith, mystery, and the wild ride we call the human experience. We’re not promising enlightenment, but we are promising a good time (and maybe a few goosebumps along the way).

Come alone or bring a friend (and maybe some tissues for the tear-jerker stories). Grab a beer, cider, or a non-alcoholic concoction (plus some tasty snacks), and settle in for a reverently irreverent evening that just might touch your soul. Or your funny bone. Or both.

Tickets are $8, and if there’s any profit left over after costs are covered, we’ll donate it to the nonprofit partner for the evening. So come on out and raise a glass to faith, mystery, and the power of a well-told story. We can’t wait to see you there—no halos required, just an open heart and a sense of humor. Cheers!

**Kids are welcome but we ask they stay (mostly) seated and (relatively) quiet to honor the storyteller. The stories have not been vetted for content, so some stories may not be kid-friendly.
