Kundalini is a dormant cosmic energy located at the base of the spine that can lead to spiritual awakening. It translates from Sanskrit as “the serpent coil” and has been developed over thousands of years from ancient Hindu traditions. Kundalini energy gets activated through a practice of meditation techniques involving breath, movement, and sound to purify the body and mind, and help one reach higher states of consciousness.

Kundalini Yoga is a workshop customized to the astrological zodiac sign and transits of the week, in which you will do a series of asana postures, hand mudras, and breathwork or mantras. The class will expand your electro-magnetic aura, and leave you feeling uplifted. It will be followed by a gong soundbath for deep relaxation.

Justine has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India. Justine is also a certified reiki and crystal healer with additional training in Kabbalah, Daoism, and Tantra. Nothing brings her greater joy than helping others discover their true potential and reach states of bliss.
