Our session includes a guided mindfulness meditation that aligns with the week’s theme, followed by quiet contemplation and journaling to reflect on insights gained during the meditation. Participants then select a tarot card for the week, exploring its meaning in relation to the theme.

The class concludes with an open sharing session where everyone can discuss their interpretations and personal experiences, creating a supportive space for connection and inspiration.
