Join us for “Mardi Gras” a special event brought to you by the Reno Blues Society and the National Automobile Museum. Enjoy an evening of irresistible dance grooves,soulful tunes and incredible classic cars, starting with an opening performance by The Buddy Emmer Blues Band, followed by the main feature, John Nemeth.
Throughout the night, there will be a Silent Auction benefiting the Reno Blues Society’s Music Grant Program, which supports local student music education and opportunities.

John Nemeth is an American electric blues and soul harmonicist, singer, and songwriter. He has received five Blues Music Awards for Soul Blues Male Artist, Soul Blues Album, Traditional Blues Album of the Year, Instrumentalist Vocals and Instrumentalist Harmonica. John has over 20 Blues Music Award (BMA) nominations and was the proud recipient of the 2024 Blues Music Award for Soul Blues Male Artist at the ceremony held May 9 in Memphis. He has recorded ten albums since 2002, having also backed Junior Watson, Anson Funderburgh and Elvin Bishop. He has opened for Robert Cray, KebMo and Earl Thomas.
