This 90-minute Psychedelic Breathwork class offers a safe space for all to explore your subconscious, enhancing emotional and physical wellness, spirituality, and self-discovery. Through this active breathing technique, you’ll dive deep into your mind—similar to the exploration found in psychedelic experiences. Surrender to your breath and allow your body’s energy to guide you, feeling the sensations and creating space for your needs. Each class incorporates an optional somatic scream for an even deeper emotional and energetic release, optional Reiki touch, and concludes in meditation and integration.
