First Course:
The Prisoner Chardonnay paired with Seared Bay Scallops, blood orange beurre blanc, pea shoots and pine nuts.

Second Course:
The Prisoner Red Blend paired with Wild Boar Cannelloni with Bolognese sauce.

Third Course:
The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon paired with our take on Lamb Wellington, puff pastry with wild mushroom duxelles, spinach, Béarnaise sauce and fried shallots.

Fourth Course (Dessert):
Unshackled Sparkling Rosé Float with minty lime sorbet and a crystallized ginger rim.

Tickets are $70 (plus taxes and fees) and do not include gratuity.
