Mid Winter Blues Relay – Old Saybrook, CT

Join us for the Midwinter Blues Relay—where running meets merrymaking! ‍♀️ This event takes you through the scenic Old Saybrook shoreline, with a 5-leg course ranging from 3 to 7 miles. Teams of 2–5 runners decide who takes on each leg.

Wave starts will keep the event smooth and exciting, and of course, no relay is complete without a potluck! Each team is required to bring two dishes to share—and adult beverages are highly encouraged. Let’s run, feast, and toast to a day full of fun and camaraderie!

All proceeds from the event will go to Ray of Light Farm a non-profit animal rescue and animal-assisted therapy center committed to helping make a positive connection with life through our animals. Together, we can make a difference while having an unforgettable time!
