Glow Up is a day of self-care. It’s a safe space for women to celebrate growth, laughter, vulnerability, healing, self-love and sisterhood.
Did you know a vital step to building lasting relationships starts with self-love? Loving yourself requires prioritizing personal growth, vulnerability, and healing. Join Tiffany Storey, Licensed Professional Counselor for a day of celebrating self-love, sisterhood, and healing. There will be laughter, love, food, music, sound therapy and of course, healing conversations centered on reclaiming love for oneself.
Important Details:
- Attire is pink or purple (Dress cute but comfortable)
- If you purchased the sound therapy ticket please bring a yoga mat. (No we will not be doing yoga but will lay down flat on our backs)
