Dr. Cynthia’s Mother Daughter Tea Party – Orlando, FL

Dr. Cynthia’s Mother Daughter Tea Party is a fun, whimsical and feminine tea party. Daughters learn all the wonderful changes their bodies will go through in puberty and mothers learn tools for ongoing communication with their daughters . This event is age appropriate for girls ages 7-14 who have not begun their menstrual cycles.

The Mother Daughter Tea Party has been a dream come true! The idea for this event began 20 years ago, when I was a student in chiropractic school. I was shocked and embarrassed at how little I understood about my amazing body. Here I was in my mid 20’s, learning information I should have known all along! I promised myself that once I was a physician, I would hold a class to empower mothers to get this information to their daughters. Now that I have my own daughter, I realize how tough it is to begin this conversation! The first Mother Daughter Tea Party took place to present this information to my 8 year old daughter. I wanted to make sure this very important conversation took place in an intimate, feminine and fun way!
