Hello whiskey friends!
If you were to ask me to pick a brand to represent bourbon as a category, it would be 1792. This very solid bourbon doesn’t do anything fancy for the sake of it. They just make damn good bourbon and sell it at a very reasonable price. 1792 comes out of the Old Barton Distillery, which was established in 1879. Now called Barton 1792 Distillery since Sazerac acquired it, 1792 is the line of bourbons that few bourbon lovers know, but should!
