Jackie Dawson is going to lead us as we co-create a flower mandala together and into a peaceful yoga nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice done lying down, designed to induce a state of conscious relaxation between wakefulness and sleep
The hunter’s moon rises bold and bright in October’s sky – a guidinglight once used to see the path ahead and gather what was needed before winter’s rest. This moon invites us to honor the abundance we’ve gathered, release what has run its course and call in clarity for the season ahead.
