Harvest Harmony: Yoga + Sound Healing in the Park.

Join us as we come together in gratitude, celebration, and community. This special gathering honors five years of business serving our community, and a heartfelt thank you to our clients, friends, and the universe for the abundant journey so far.

We’ll flow through a heart opening yet grounding yoga practice led by our friend Eleni Simos, owner and founder of Cleansed Inc., Yoga instructor + Reikie Practicioner, and immerse in the healing vibrations of sound, setting intentions for the season ahead. Together, we celebrate the past, give thanks for the present, and open our hearts to the abundance still to come.

Let’s honor the milestone, share in collective gratitude, and call in even more light, love, and prosperity for the next chapter.

Some Important Information For Attendees:

• Exact Location in the park TBD and sent out the morning of the event.
• Yoga mats will be available for rent ($1) but you are encouraged to bring your own mat and a blanket.
• In the case of a cooler morning, dress in layers.
• Yoga will be approximately 45-50 minutes followed by 15-20 minutes of Sound Healing.
• There will be complimentary Hot Coffee and pastries for all, as well as fresh hand made healing juices by our friend Eleni (The Clean Eating Chick) available for purchase.
• Goodie Bags for all attendees with a gift from us, Supreme Massage NYC, Cleansed, and more!
• Those without a ticket prior to the event are still encouraged to join, as there will be a QR code for payment day of. (Goodie Bag not guaranteed for those last minute guests)
