Kick off MoAD’s most anticipated week of the year at Global Groove Remix — the official pre-party to MoAD’s annual fundraising gala, the Afropolitan Ball.
In celebration of the second annual Nexus: SF/Bay Area Black Art Week and MoAD’s 20th Anniversary, this iconic event returns reimagined as a one-night-only experience of art, music, and connection.
Powerhouse performances from DJ Novena Carmel and Kooldrink will set the tone with a high-energy soundtrack of movement, joy, and Black creativity — making this the ultimate gathering before the Afropolitan Ball!
