Celebrate a festive evening of authentic German cuisine, drinks, and fun! Chef Beth Hazley, inspired by her German roots, brings traditional flavors to life with a curated menu that goes far beyond pretzels and beer.

️ Ticket Options:

• Dinner Only – $45
  Includes full buffet, entertainment, parking, and mocktails (non-alcoholic drinks).
• Dinner + Drinks – $60
  Includes everything in Dinner Only plus two alcoholic drinks of your choice (beer, cider, or mule). Mocktails are included for all guests.
• Upgrade to Drinks at the registration table (for Dinner Only ticket holders) – $20
  Add two alcoholic drinks at registration.

️ Event Highlights:

• 6:00 PM – Registration & Brew & Bites Hour
  Enjoy drinks and warm pretzels with beer cheese. Register for the Best-Dressed Contest, mingle with friends, play lawn games, and take photos with our Oktoberfest decor.
• 7:00 PM – Dinner
  Feast on a full German buffet featuring:
• • Bratwurst with sauerkraut & caramelized onions
  • Chicken Schnitzel with lemon wedges & herb butter
  • Roast Pork Carving Station (Schweinebraten) with beer gravy
  • Spaetzle Action Station with Swiss cheese sauce & caramelized onions
  • Traditional sides: red cabbage, German potato salad, cucumber salad with dill, and brown bread
• 7:45 PM – Open Dance Floor
  Guests can collect stickers to vote for the Best-Dressed Contest.
• 8:30 PM – Best-Dressed Contest & Last Call for Drinks
  Winners in lederhosen or dirndl outfits will be announced.
• 9:00 PM – Final Toast
  Raise a glass with friends and fellow guests.

Registration & Seating:

• Please stop by the registration table upon arrival to check in, sign waiver, and receive your food & drink tickets depending on your ticket type.
• Tables will be assigned upon arrival; groups are welcome, and we’ll do our best to seat parties together. Arrive on time to guarantee seating.
• Want a full table for your group? Tables of 8 can be reserved by emailing b@bonitaranch.com.

Ticket Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send a friend — just email us at b@bonitaranch.com with their name so we can update the guest list.

Bar Menu:

Mocktails (included for all guests!):

• Caramel Apple Dirty Soda: A fizzy, fall-inspired mocktail with Sprite, apple cider, caramel drizzle, and a splash of half-and-half over ice. Sweet, creamy, and totally booze-free!

Alcoholic Drinks (included with Dinner + Drinks ticket or upgrade your Dinner Only pass for $20):

• Apple Orchard Mule: Ginger beer, vodka, and apple cider, garnished with fresh apple. Crisp, refreshing, perfect for fall vibes.
• Beer & Cider Options: Two varieties of fall beers or a crisp, refreshing cider.

Best-Dressed Contest:

Everyone gets 3 voting stickers at registration.

How to vote:

• Check out all the guests in their German attire.
• Give 1 sticker to each of the 3 people you think are the best dressed.
• If you’re dressed in German attire, you can keep one sticker for yourself, but be sure to share with others too!
• Stickers can be placed on your top, apron, or on the paper provided.
