5th Annual Feel Good Fest

Another year of Feel Good fun is on the way to Greenlife Family Farms in Concord, NC. Join us for a day of connection, child like joy, open hearts, and bright smiles that will make an appearance on everyone!

This is a family friendly event and the whole family is invited! This year, our theme is “Celebrating Everyone’s Inner Child” so get your children (and your inner child) ready! We will have facepainting, a kids fun zone, a blow up obstacle course, inflatable games, parachute games, a butterfly dome, and more on site for the kids! This is a Feel Good Fest for ALL ages!

There will be a drum circle from 7:30pm-8:30pm, please bring your drums!

Fire performances will begin at 8:45pm

We will have food trucks on site as well. Come hungry!

BUTTERFLY EXPERIENCE

Feel Good Fest is elevating the butterfly experience this year! Imagine stepping into a world filled with 80 large monarch butterflies (50% larger than any of our butterflies before)!Our butterfly dome, brimming with live plants, offers an unparalleled opportunity for interaction and photography with these delicate creatures. Everything is set for you to capture these enchanting moments, so be sure to bring your camera and a smile. This is more than just viewing butterflies in nature; it’s about immersing yourself in their world. Don’t miss out on this magical adventure!

INFLATABLE OBSTACLE COURSE

Get ready for non-stop excitement with our all-day obstacle course this year! Challenge yourself and race through tunnels, leap over barriers, duck under bars, and slide your way through the finish line as quickly as you can. It’s a three-part adventure that promises fun and friendly competition. So, start planning who you’ll be racing against and prepare for an exhilarating day!

Charlotte Cirque & Dance Center blends the athleticism of aerial arts with the beauty of dance to create breathtaking performances that inspire creativity, confidence, and connection. With a mission to train dancers and aerialists of all ages to discover their artistry, CC&DC brings both professional performers and talented students to the stage at Feel Good Fest, dazzling audiences with strength, grace, and imagination.

Cody will be on hand to transform your likeness into an amazing cartoon or illustrate you as any character, theme, or hobby of your choosing. It’s a unique and fun way to capture the spirit of the festival and your personality in a creative, artistic form. Don’t miss the chance to bring your imaginative side to life through Cody’s incredible artistry!

Come get in touch with yourself through movement and breath. This class is designed to get you out of your head and focus on what you have control over- yourself. You’ll have space to choose and time to explore in your practice while being guided as a collective. This practice aims to remind us that we are all connected yet still unique and ourselves. All levels welcome.

4pm-5pm – Kiesha Battles – Feel Good Yoga
Not too much, but not too little. Lay down, sit down. Stretch and breath. That’s all you’ll need. As we increase our vibration to the sounds of the festival and the great outdoors. Blanket or yoga mat welcomed.

5:15-6:15pm – Rey Culler – Playful Presence
Celebrate your inner child with playful practices that help you stay grounded in the middle of chaos. Through breath, laughter, and body-based intuition, we’ll explore what it feels like to feel centered, alive, and at ease no matter the noise. This class is less about getting it “right” and more about remembering how good it feels to move, laugh, and connect with yourself and others. Everyone is welcome to come play!

8pm-9pm – Grace Millsap – Lunar Flow
Drift into orbit with a Lunar Flow — a slow, celestial flow guided through noise-cancelling headphones set to a soothing playlist. Under the glow of the moon, you’ll move through space-inspired sequences that mirror the lunar rhythm, inviting expansion, reflection, and soft release. Every body and experience welcome. Headphones provided by Dancing Lotus Yoga and flow taught by Grace Millsap.
