Chris Paul HBCU Classic Education Day-Vendor App. at The Gateway Center Arena @ College Park – College Park, GA

The 2025 Chris Paul HBCU Classic Education Day will be held Thursday, December 18th, and Friday, December 19th, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Gateway Arena. It provides students the opportunity to learn more about the importance of furthering their education and to explore and discover the exciting programs and experiences Historically Black colleges and universities have to offer. The men’s and women’s basketball teams from each of the four athletic conferences will be featured and will be joined by a host of HBCUs from around the country.

This event is geared towards high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, as well as community college students.

Attendees will attend a brief opening program with opening remarks and the purpose of the event. The rest of the time will be for students to navigate the various college/university and educational vendors at their own pace. We strongly encourage your students to visit each booth represented at the fair.

Each vendor will receive 2 free game ticket for the 12pm game on the day/s they are registered for. The games will be taking place at The Gateway Arena.

REGISTRATION FEES

All spaces include one (1) table and two (2) chairs .

Paying by debit/credit card:

• Single day – $173.64 ($150.00, plus a $7.34 service fee and $4.56 processing fee)
• Both days – $230.87 ($200.00, plus a $9.19 service fee and $6.07 processing fee)

Paying by invoice/check:

• Single day – $150.00
• Both days – $200.00

NOTE: If being a vendor for both days, you will have access to continental breakfast, and access to a room block for discounted hotel rooms.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Friday,Novemebr 21st (5:00 p.m.) – Deadline to submit application for participation.
• Friday, November28th (or sooner) – Notification of selection to participate.
• Friday, December 5th- Vendor payment must be received (credit card processed or mailed checks postmarked)

REFUND POLICY

All refunds are subject to a $100.00 fee. Additionally, please note that Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded.

It provides students the opportunity to learn more about the importance of furthering their education and to explore and discover the exciting programs and experiences colleges and universities have to offer. The Division II and Division I basketball teams will be featured and will be joined by a host of the HBCUs around the country.
