That’s why I created Root & Rise — a sound bath designed to align with the post-equinox shift and the waxing moon. This is your chance to ground deeply like the trees in autumn while also rising into the intentions you planted earlier this month.
Through carefully curated healing frequencies, we’ll calm the nervous system, release stress, and open space for renewal. My sound baths are unlike anything else — they are intentional, Spirit-led journeys created just for women who are carrying too much and need a sacred reset.
