Wings of Unity: A Celebration of Nature & Inclusion with UBC at Dodge Nature Center – West Saint Paul, MN

The Urban Bird Collective is hosting our second annual gala! This year’s theme is “Wings of Unity: A Celebration of Nature and Inclusion.” We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the UBC and supporting our work and mission.

We’ll have appetizers from Chow Girls, beverages (cash bar), nature walks, a silent auction, a costume contest, and more…

Feeling creative? Gala attendees are invited to wear a bird-themed costume and enter the costume contest to win a prize.

This year’s silent auction items include over 50 unique experiences and items, at all price ranges, such as:

• A day of birding with Executive Director Monica Bryand in the Bird Mobile
• Kayaking trip for 2 or 4
• A weekend at Brookside Resort on the North Shore
• Lynx Tickets (great seats)

The Urban Bird Collective (UBC) is a Black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC)-led environmental stewardship organization founded in 2018 to promote outdoor recreation and healing for all, with a focus on BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Our vision is to empower individuals to learn bird identification and gain appreciation of natural spaces by offering guided nature walks.
