We’re firing up the smoker all day long — the whole city will smell the smoke. At 5PM sharp, we open the doors and the party begins. Expect incredible food, music, community, and a taste of Baltimore’s finest BBQ and street-inspired flavors. This is more than a launch — it’s the start of something big.

What to Expect

✅ Live Smoking All Day – brisket and pork on the smoker for 12+ hours.

✅ Menu Drops – Brisket Cheesesteaks, Pulled Pork Cheesesteaks, Smokehouse Wings (3 flavors), and sides.

✅ Food Truck + Stands – multiple brands under I & S, including Smoke-N-Wheels and Irié Caribbean Cafe and more!!

✅ Event Vibes – music, community, and collaborations with Cocoon and Pyre.

✅ Afterparty Energy – late-night menu runs until 2AM.
