A sound bath is a full body meditative experience that assists you in reaching a deeper state of consciousness, giving you the chance to unplug and focus on your inner self. The use of crystal singing bowls and gongs create deep vibrations at specific frequencies to help you relax, reduce stress, release toxins, relieve physical pains and improve cognition and inner peace.

Bring something comfortable to sit on; a yoga mat, pillow or blanket. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to find a good spot to get settled.

My journey of reconnecting and healing started after experiencing burnout from working over 20 years in the corporate world. In 2019, I attended a Holistic Healing Expo and a few speakers’ stories completely resonated with me which put me on the energy healing path.
