This fall, St. Augustine High School proudly presents World Builders by Johnna Adams in the intimate setting of the Black Box Theatre. The play follows Max and Whitney, two patients in a clinical drug trial for a treatment that could erase their deeply imagined fantasy worlds. As their sessions progress, they must confront the painful question: is it better to live in a dream or face reality? Emotionally charged and thought-provoking, World Builders explores the power of imagination, love, and mental health.
The production features Kait Warrell and Elijah D’Elena on October 2, 3, and 4 at 7:00 PM, and October 5 at 3:00 PM. The understudy cast, Fiona Furze and John Love, will perform on October 4 at 3:00 PM.
