The Corey Christiansen Quartet at Rudy’s Jazz Room – Nashville, TN

Guitarist Corey Christiansen is a recording artist, writer, educator and performer and has performed around the globe for the last two decades. He has played and recorded with a long list of jazz greats throughout his career, has current recordings on Origin Records and his own label Elkhorn Records, and has lead his own bands. A prolific composer, Corey is also comfortable with standard jazz repertoire. His lates album, “Standards,” has clever and sophisticated arrangements showcasing music from the canon of jazz standards. His album “La Proxima” (2019) was a collaboration with percussion phenom Michael Spiro and showcased his love of Afro-Cuban music.

Joining Corey for this performance will be Nashville jazz scene staples Pat Coil on Piano, Brian Allen on bass, and Jordan Perlson drums. This is sure to be a night of great musical collaboration.
