Join Chatham Bars Inn’s Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and Executive Pastry Chef Brennan Froeschner as they host a Friends of James Beard Dinner at the Chatham Bars Inn Farm featuring a breathtaking location, guest chefs and a spectacular four-course dinner.
Joining will be Chef Robert Sisca of Boston’s Grill 23 & Bar, The Banks Seafood & Steak, Bistro du Midi, and Harvest.
James Beard Award Semifinalist, Chef Michael Scelfo will also be joining from Boston’s Josephine, Alden & Harlow, The Longfellow Bar at Alden & Harlow, and Waypoint.
The dinner will be paired by Steven Rosario and Justen Nickell of Hudson Chatham Winery.
Doors open at 5:00pm for an interactive welcome reception with the chefs in the fields.
Guests will be invited into the glass greenhouse at 6:00pm for a four-course plated dinner at communal farm tables. Each course will be prepared by a different chef, showcasing their unique style and culinary expertise, with wine pairings curated by Hudson Chatham Winery.
