End of Summer Date Night: Hands-On Cooking for TwoCelebrate the last days of summer with a romantic, interactive cooking experience designed for couples or friends! In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare a delicious three-course menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients perfect for an intimate evening. Learn cooking techniques that bring out bold flavors and create a memorable meal to share.
Menu:• Grilled Herb-Marinated Chicken with Summer Vegetable Ratatouille• Lemon-Garlic Roasted New Potatoes• Mixed Berry Crisp with Vanilla Whipped Cream
Skills and Techniques:• Marinating and grilling• Sautéing seasonal vegetables• Roasting to golden perfection• Baking fruit crisps• Making whipped cream from scratch
End summer on a delicious note by cooking together, learning new skills, and enjoying a cozy meal you created side by side.
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose “ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
