This isn’t your typical beer dinner… it’s Beer vs. Wine!
Our Head Chef, Juan Hernandez, has created a mouthwatering 5-course menu, and with each dish you’ll experience two pairings: one with craft beer and one with wine. Guiding you through the evening are Jeff Horne, Certified Cicerone®, representing beer, and Nick Sharp, our wine expert, WSET2 & Sommelier. You’ll learn pairing techniques, tasting notes, and ultimately decide for yourself which beverage reigns supreme with each course.

Round 1) Featherweight – Flaky scratch-made popover pastry, served with beer butter & wine butter – Swaying Lights Rice Lager VS.
