Your journey begins with the foundation of every truffle: rich, silky chocolate ganache. Along the way, you’ll uncover how each ingredient transforms flavor and texture while picking up insider techniques to achieve that irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth magic. Then, it’s your turn—pipe, shape, and roll truffles by hand, before enrobing them like a true chocolatier.

To set the mood, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Schramsberg sparkling wine. By the end, you’ll leave with a box of handcrafted truffles—made, enrobed, and perfected by you—along with a new set of skills to sweeten any occasion.
