Hands-on Cooking Class to Celebrate Late Summer Goodness at Private Home in Aptos – Aptos, CA

In this small group cooking class in a private home kitchen we will prepare a Mediterranean inspired three course meal accompanied by Italian wine.
Beginning with a welcome glass of Prosecco we will proceed to a Strawberry Risotto with a surprizingly complext flavor. You’ll learn how to make perfect risotto every time! We will follow with an Arugula & White Bean Salad with Prosciutto in a citrus vinaigrette. The dessert will be a Greek-ish take on Lemony Pudding Cakes baked in a bath resulting in small soufflé-like texture.
Class size is limited to 8 and all skill-levels are welcome! Exact location will be revealed upon registration.
