Fire Cider? It begins with humble and common, readily available, kitchen ingredients that can be taken as a daily tonic to warm and energize the body and raise immunity. Bringing simple ingredients together in this class will send you home with the start of health supporting goodness to have ready on your shelf at home, especially with the winter months ahead!

Workshop begins at 10 and goes till noon-ish, but doors open at 9-come early and visit if you want! Dress for the weather-we’ll be outside.

Please bring your favorite paring knife and a cutting board-we’ll provide the rest!

Margaret Svitak will lead this hands-on class. She comes to this class as a constant learner; leading. In recent years her desire to learn and know more about the natural world of health and wellness has taken her in a new adventurous direction!
