Join Denver Girls Club for an evening of mindful movement, active recovery, and meaningful connection at the beautiful Upswell space in RiNo.

We’ll begin at 6:30 PM with a Restore Class — a yin-vinyasa-inspired experience designed to soothe your nervous system and release deep tension. This mindful session combines breathwork and soft tissue release to help you reconnect with your body and find calm.

After class, stay to socialize with our community and enjoy Upswell’s active recovery experiences, designed to help you reset and recharge:

Plunge – Cold water immersion to support mental and physical resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and boost immunity.

Glow – Infrared sauna cabins with red light therapy to soothe muscles, relieve stress, ease pain, promote heart health, and enhance skin health.

Sweat – A traditional sauna experience to boost cardiovascular health, support recovery, strengthen immunity, and ease soreness and pain.

Revive – Air compression paired with heated PEMF mats to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and enhance recovery.
