Join Darren Obong for a special Summer Sunset Sound Experience. In this community container you will be guided through gentle breathwork and guided meditation while being immersed in the healing sounds of Darren’s Crystal Alchemy singing bowl set.
FAQ:
– Please bring a blanket and eye pillow. Yoga mats will be provided.
– Valet will be available for a day rate or parking will be available at Fashion Island, the Pendry is a short walk across the street.

Darren Obong
Darren is a space holder and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
