EXPERIENCE:

Make your way to your boat in New York. Board the boat, find somewhere comfortable to sit, and set off. Order yourself a complimentary drink and take in views of the city. Gently glide along the East River, a 4th-of-July-themed cocktail in your hand, and see the city from a unique perspective.

Make your way to the main deck of the 3-story boat, and get ready for some delectable hors d’oeuvres. Be greeted with an abundant charcuterie spread, beautifully arranged with an assortment of cheeses and meats. Tuck into vegetarian and vegan options like caprese skewers and veggie skewers.

After that, enjoy the main course BQ buffet on the same deck. Highlights include quinoa salad with roasted vegetables, mac and cheese, veggie burgers, and ribs, as well as vegan and vegetarian options. Wash it down with a glass of wine or beer.

Make your way to the second deck for dessert. Indulge in a rich assortment of cookies, cannolis, and brownies. To complement the meal, a coffee bar will be available with both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. Spend some time in the premium lounge, and relax sipping on your hot drink.

Take advantage of the open bar, and order yourself another Independence Day cocktail. Head up to the 2-tier outdoor deck and dance to some live music. As the grand finale, watch the July 4th fireworks from the deck. At the end of the night, get taken back to the meeting point.
