The Delaware Resilient and Sustainable Communities League (RASCL) is a collaborative network of state agencies, nonprofits, and academic institutions dedicated to building a more resilient and sustainable Delaware by fostering partnerships, optimizing resources, and coordinating efforts.

The annual RASCL Summit convenes resilience practitioners, elected officials, government agencies, and community members to address key issues impacting Delawareans.
