New Moon Breathwork Healing Group – Alameda, CA

Breathwork offers an opportunity for an active meditation using the breath to purge the nervous system of unnecessary emotional debris. Utilizing David Elliot’s three part breath technique, we will activate the sympathetic nervous system to move stagnant energy and help you release strong emotions. This style of breathing moves energy out of the emotional center, into the heart to process and out of the mouth to release- in quick succession.

Loud music will be present as well as encourgament to make to noise all in support your emotional release! In this breathwork healing group, I will share energetic and new moon themes. There will also be opportunity to set intention as well as Q&A post breath practice.

All levels of experience are welcome! As this practice is intimate, space is limitied!
