EXPERIENCE

Full description
Obtaining a White House tour can be very difficult. Discover the White House by visiting its Visitor Center Museum and strolling along the President’s Park with the guidance of this in-app audio tour in the WeGoTrip app.
NOTE! The White House Visitor Center is open from Tuesday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4 pm, and is closed on Sunday and Monday. Reserve 15 minutes for security screening. Please be aware that this is exclusively a tour of the White House’s museum and does not include access to the White House itself. Admission to the museum is free, and by purchasing this audio tour, you are not paying for entry; instead, you are gaining the opportunity to explore the museum at your own pace with audio commentary along a carefully planned route.

Start your tour at the White House Visitor Center, providing a glimpse into the iconic residence of the president and the oldest public building in the District of Columbia. Learn about the daily lives of presidents and view historical artifacts, including the miniature White House, the 1898 Eagle Flag Pole, Monroe’s soup tureen, the French Red Armchair, and more.

Continue your journey along the North Trail of the President’s Park, where statues of American heroes like General Jackson and General Lafayette stand, each with stories behind notable historical events. Capture glimpses and photographs of the White House while walking along this 1.5-mile trail.

Note! This tour is not affiliated with the White House Visitor Center but is provided by an independent creator. Admission is free, and no reservation is needed.
