EXPERIENCE

I thought I’d bring you one of the best courses that comes right from the cake design school that I’m sure will make you feel like a protagonist, I’m proud and happy about it because for me it’s like diving into the past, below is the outline of what we’re going to perform:

Intermediate Cake Design Course:

Presentation and coloring of sugarpaste.
Covering a dummy.
Making a three-dimensional character.
Creation of handmade flowers and with ejector stencils.
Making a bow and various methods of finishing the edges.
Materials will be provided for making your work, which consists of:

For each person:

1 Silicone mat

2 Rolling pins, (1 large and 1 small)

1 Smoother,

1 Dummy

1 Under cake tray

1 Cake turner

1 kg sugar paste

2 Pastry cutters

1 Paintbrush

Ejection molds

Modelling tools

Food Coloring

At the end of the work you can take it with you and you will be given a certificate of participation, as a reminder of this experience spent together and what you were able to accomplish.
